About the GYSFLASH

The GYSFLASH is a 100 A connected charger built on inverter technology. It holds a 12 V lead-acid or lithium battery at a stable voltage while you flash an ECU or run diagnostics, and charges it properly once the job is done. Everything it does can be reconfigured over USB.

Four operating modes

  • Charging. Charges 12 V lead-acid and lithium (LFP) batteries from 5 to 1200 Ah.
  • Diagnostic. Feeds up to 100 A to the battery of a vehicle under diagnosis, so the voltage never sags.
  • Showroom. Compensates the current drawn by the electrical accessories of a demonstration vehicle.
  • Tester. Reads battery voltage and assesses the starting system and the alternator.
  • Flexible voltage: runs on a mains supply between 85 and 265 V.
  • Fully automatic charging curve in 8 or 9 steps, around 50% faster than a conventional charger.

Fully connected

  • Add, remove or edit charging modes and profiles over USB.
  • Import ready-made configuration files for your trade.
  • Pull the charging history off a USB stick and open it in a spreadsheet.
  • Connect extra modules through the dedicated SMC socket.
  • Update the on-board software over USB.
